Return Policy
Please note: Goldner Associates accepts returns on items shipped from stock. Goldner cannot accept returns on custom items produced and shipped directly from the manufacturer. We only accept returns on custom items due to manufacturer defect. Please note that issues related to sizing are not considered a manufacturer’s defect. Size charts are listed on each apparel item for your convenience. If you wish to see a sample before ordering, please contact your sales representative.
    Steps to return items:
  1. All qualified returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
  2. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-213-4111 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Send authorized merchandise to:

         Attn: RA#____________
         231 Venture Circle
         Nashville, TN 37228
    *Be sure to include your Return Authorization number on the shipping label. (Merchandise without an RA number may be refused.)
  4. Credit for returned merchandise is usually issued within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep a record of shipment (packing slip, invoice) until you have received the credit.
  5. Customer is responsible for all freight.
